The Element Hotel in Houston, Texas was the 7th hotel nationwide to be LEED® Certified and, at the time, was the only hotel in Texas to receive LEED Silver Certification. Element is an eco-chic extended-stay hotel. The hotel features large open spaces with natural light, on-site recycling in virtually every space as well as bicycles and preferred parking spaces for hybrid cars by each entry door. The project is one of several LEED® Certified Silver Elements that we have designed for sites nationwide.
