GH2 designed this four-story, wood-frame, 108 room extended-stay Residence Inn by Marriott with custom elements to meet the owner's and operator's requirements. The layout of the interior public spaces is custome, while the guestrooms remain mostly prototypical.
Amenities include a breakfast area, business center, meeting room, guest laundry, fitness center and market on the first floor. Outdoor areas include a patio with a fireplace, fire pit, and barbecue, outdoor swimming pool.
This is one of many Residence Inns that we have designed nationwide.
