GH2 was designed this 123-room hotel with custom elevations, custom materials, and non-prototypical colors to conform to strict jurisdictional requirements for a planned mixed-use development. GH2 worked extensively with the jurisdiction, hotel brand and developer to create a high quality design that met or exceeded the needs of all the parties. The project is LEED® Certified Silver and is one of several Elements that we have designed for sites nationwide.
