GH2 designed this four-story, 112 room extended-stay Residence Inn by Marriott with a custom exterior to meet owner and developer requirements. The layout of the interior public spaces is also a custom design, while the guestrooms remain mostly prototypical.
Amenities include a breakfast area, business center, meeting room, guest laundry, fitness center and market on the first floor. Outdoor areas include a patio with a fireplace, fire pit, and barbecue, outdoor swimming pool.
This is one of many Residence Inns that we have designed nationwide.
