GH2 designed this custom, urban hotel with an upgraded fitness center, an indoor pool and a flat roof for a prominent downtown corner in Grand Junction.
Due to its location on an active street corner, we also designed an indoor-outdoor bar and patio that activates the lobby and provides an additional revenue stream for the hotel. The elevations were designed with custom cast iron trim and metal panels and the building has a custom covered drop-off under the building.
