GH2 has extensive experience with tenant improvement and tenant finish out projects. Projects have included renovation, re-design and space plans for offices ranging in size from one floor to multi-story buildings. GH2 provides space planning, code analysis, ADA improvements and FF&E services for both existing facility tenant improvements and new construction projects.

We also provide professional services to help owners establish leasable rates for the different spaces within the building and are able to provide color coded drawings to visually identify the different leasable areas. We are familiar with the standard method of measurements from the Building Owners and Managers Association International, (BOMA).We have experience specifying, resourcing, and procuring all types of FF&E and can provide estimated budgets, expediting services during the purchasing phase, procurement, and oversee the installation making sure everything is in order for moving day.
