For the historic 289 guestroom Pere Marquette and a new 200-guestroom wing, GH2 developed concept plans and scope of work for the building rehabilitation and concept plans and massing studies for the entire block's redevelopment. Our design work was the basis for the Owner's presentation to the City Council requesting TIF funding or PPP for the project. We field measured and prepared as-constructed floor plans for the hotel, its ballrooms, and its existing parking structure, and we also prepared the conceptual project cost estimate and control schedule for the development.
