Key West, Florida, 7 stories, 160 guestrooms

GH2 developed conceptual design studies to rebrand, renovate and expand the most historic hotel in Key West. The project includes the redesign of all guestroom and suite floor plans to accommodate a new marketing concept and new brand. New finishes and furnishing were selected for guestrooms, suites and public spaces. The existing lobby's conversion to a lobby bar creates better circulation, space for a restaurant addition and increased revenue opportunities. The renovation of the elevated terrace provides additional meeting space and the addition of a restaurant. Lastly, the top floor is converted into a private day spa and new fitness room for hotel guests.
