Prototype and Design Guidelines

GH2 designed the prototype and design guidelines for this graceful, elegant 5-star hotel to be construction throughout Asia. The documents and guidelines, all in hard metric, were designed so that a project could be implemented by different teams in different countries without the experience of a previous full service hotel project.

The hotel features a 6-story atrium, 150 guest suites, and a vast presidential suite with a living room, dining room, office, master suite, two master baths, full kitchen, pantry, guest rooms, children's and nanny's rooms, and a chef's room. On the presidential floor, there are also guest suites for VIPs and presidential staff.

The hotel offers two full floors of office space and office suites for business and local travelers' use, an international business center, meeting rooms, two restaurants, a fine dining venue, two bars, a salon, shopping areas, and a day spa with separate men's and women's whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, as well as a shared pool that can be featured as either an indoor or an outdoor amenity.

The hotel also has diplomat-level security, a situation/war room and two separate water filtration systems. In addition to a full-service laundry and dry cleaning facility, there is also a butcher, and storage for 90 days worth of food and supplies.
