J.D. MCCARTY CENTER TEACHING AND CONFERENCE FACILITY

Norman, Oklahoma

GH2 designed this conference and teaching facility as a part of an overall new campus and replacement facility for the J.D. McCarty Center for Children with Disabilities.

The facility includes a teaching auditorium with tiered seating, a large multi-use room that can be sub-divided into three smaller meeting rooms and support facilities such as a full preparation kitchen and food service capability.

The project is utilized for public meetings and events as well as agency functions, such as the yearly Christmas party. The conference facility is connected to the outpatient clinic and administration offices in the main building of the new center.
