Bond Assistance

GH2 has provided bond issue assistance to several school districts in Oklahoma tailoring our services to meet the specific needs of each client. As part of standard bond issue assistance services, GH2 will complete an assessment of the District’s existing facilities and compare it to the projected growth of the area to identify current and future needs. Many times we can provide different options for the District, such as utilizing existing structures, building additions or renovating facilities, depending on the district’s bonding capacity. With these options, our in-house cost estimator can budget each project within the bond to complete the overall master plan for the district's needs. GH2 has prepared project renderings and other graphic materials for public distribution to gain support and help constituents visualize these projects.

Knowledge about the projects and how the community's tax dollars will be utilized, are key factors in educating the general public about the issues on the ballot.
