NIENHUIS PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

GH2 provided master planning and design services for several City of Broken Arrow facilities at Nienhuis Park. Phase 1 included the design and construction of the new youth community center with multi-use rooms and support facilities. Phase 2 included a new multi-court gymnasium facility that has also been constructed. The gymnasium houses two full-size basketball courts designed to accommodate volleyball, pickle-ball, badminton, and gymnastics.

The Phase 2 gymnasium is connected to the youth and community center and together, the facilities can provide accommodation for a variety of community events. GH2 has also provided design services for a proposed Phase 3 Conference and Meeting Center within the complex. Once Phase 3 is completed, the projects will be connected with enclosed corridors and will total over 30,000 square feet of enclosed, flexible space to accommodate a variety of community and private events.
